- In past winters since retirement, we have traveled to Mexico to escape the Oregon drizzles and explore different areas of Mexico. We have recently expanded our travels beyond Mexico - first to Africa in August 2010, then to Nicaragua in February 2011. Now, we are exploring our homeland! Travel is an exciting, challenging adventure with many surprises along the way! We hope you enjoy reading about our experiences and impressions of the incredibly rich cultures found here at home and around the world!
